As an example, it is not clear how close the Hubbard Creek
section of the Deer Trail Ditch comes to the proposed underground mining.
On proposed revised Map 23, Water Rights Location, a structure is shown at the
end of a road in the proposed permit area addition that is located in the northeast
corner of the permit area. This structure does not appear on other maps,
particularly Map No. 27, Subsidence. Does this structure exist and, if it does, what
is the nature of the structure?
Several proposed revised maps have an incorrect permit boundary line in the
northwest section of the permit area, between sections 3 and 4. These maps are
Map 8, Geologic Cross Section (Index Map), Map 14, Mine Plan, Map 25,
Previously Mined Areas, and Map 27, Subsidence.
