Altavilla, enclosed please fmd three <br />copies of revised material addressing midterm review adequacy concerns for Permit C-92-081 for the Hayden <br />Gulch Loadout Facility. This material contains our revised response to questions 10 and 13. All of the Division's <br />concerns have now been addressed with the submittal of this package, and Technical Revision No. 02 should be <br />deemed complete. <br />Enclosed are the insertion instructions into the Permit, responses to each adequacy concern and the revised <br />material.
