So noted. We submitted a release request under separate cover on <br />August 16, 1999. I have revised the PERMIT CHANGE MAP on page 8 <br />and noted the 38.68 acres was removed via a release request. I <br />also adjusted the total area by 0.26 acres by removing the small <br />area north of the river as you suggested. Revised timetables are <br />included as well as page 1 of the application form adjusting the <br />permit area. <br />2. You are correct, with so may quarter quarters it sometimes get <br />confusing. I have corrected this in Exhibit A and sent you <br />copies to replace in your file. <br />3. There ie no other owner, this is a mistake on the map and has <br />been corrected. All map exhibits north of the river have been <br />revised and are included in this packet (dated 6/31/99) for your <br />review. I will plot and submit large scale maps for your file <br />once you have determined no other changes are needed. <br />4. Ostrager was an old adjoining owner near the 38 acres we removed. <br />i forgot to take that name off Exhibit O. The Rodney Power owns <br />land east of the river near the very.southeaet part of Stage 2 - <br />Part B. He was not within 200 feet of the site but was on the <br />list because we had to notify him when doing the County Uae <br />Permit and i forgot to take his name off this list. He was <br />notified accidentally, but thanks for pointing this out. At- <br />tached are copies of the return receipts for the adjoining own- <br />ers. <br />5. As Mr. Gardner explained during your visit, the fencae are owned <br />by mutual consent with the adjoining owners and each owners is <br />responsible for helping maintain the fence if he disturbs it, <br />whitewater Building Materials Corp. will abide with this time <br />
