However, the lack of these permit <br />designs has now been identified in a notice of violation. <br />Consequently, WFU needs to address this matter within the abatement <br />time frames included in NOV C-93-155. The abatement deadline for <br />NOV C-93-155 is March 15, 1994, which is 90 days after the date of <br />issue of the NOV. Therefore, completion of the SAE demonstrations <br />as a part of the permit renewal process in July is not acceptable. <br />The Division will be happy to meet with WFU to discuss abatement of <br />this NOV, if requested. <br />NOV C-93-156: The Division approves the extension of the submittal <br />of the compaction testing schedule to January 18, 1994. Note, <br />however, that the modification notice for this NOV, which was <br />
