He <br />discussed the issue of water quality and said that SCMCI has agreed to <br />address these issues throughout the term of the agreement. <br />12. Staff said that at the time of the inspection, it was found <br />that all of the tailings that had been spilled off-site had been <br />cleaned up completely and redeposited into the tailings impoundment. <br />Staff said that both parties had signed and submitted a detailed plan <br />for preventing future spills, and the Division deemed it adequate.
