I will endeavor to answer your questions in the order you have them listed. <br />Application Items 10 and 11 -Present and Future Land Uses: Both items should <br />have stayed Open Range -Pasture as previously listed. <br />Exhibit A -Legal Description - The map is the correct description; I must Dave <br />transposed something. <br />Exhibit C -Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map -Anew map is included with this <br />response. <br />No powder or cap magazines are required at ties time. The red-colored <br />area indicates the fmished cut-slopes and benches after completion of mining. The <br />green area is the area adjacent to Highway 50 which are naturally-occuring cliffs and <br />will not be disturbed. <br />Zones 5 through 8 are designated areas to incrementalize the vertical <br />distance in order to build safe temporary working roads to an area 200 vertical feet <br />above the current mining area. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />Deleterious materials (vegetation). Volumes of rocky subsoil and <br />vegetation to tota14,000-5,000 yards Material on the upper level is to be moved to <br />Zone 2. Soil was stored under the existing permit in what will be zone #5 in the new <br />112 permit. This will be moved to Zone 2.
