This application includes a description of the revision requested, the <br />affected permit pages, the approved Army Corps of Engineers 404 permit, letter from Mountain <br />Coal Company authorizing construction of the drop structure in the south half of the North Fork <br />of the Gunnison River which is in their permit area, DMG Application Form for a Revision to a <br />Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit and Map C8-1120. <br />This revision affects Sections 2.03 -Minimum Requirements for Legal, Financial, Compliance, <br />and Related Information, Pages 2.03-19, 2.03-19a. The Army Corps of Engineers permit should <br />be inserted into Appendix R. Map C8-1 120 is located on Page 2.04-4 <br />Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
