I have formatted this letter [o correspond with the questions as posed in your letter of July 1, 1998. A portable crushing plant is currently being used in Phase I. This portable crushing plant will be used during the entire mining operation and will move internal to the mining boundary. The structures as they appeaz on the enclosed mining map aze currently present on the site. Structures have been deleted from original mining maps because the structures have been removed. The telephone pedestal is shown in its correct location with the underground lities leading to the highway. The private access road across from the main entrance has been added to the mining map. The several homes that you refer to east of Buck Highway are located more than 200 feet from the mining boundary and as such aze not shown on the mining map. The buried gas line that leads north from the gas well has been added to the mining map. The material that will be stockpiled in the Phase I[ is topsoil. The stockpile location has been added to the mining map for Phase I. This material is topsoil. The woody vegetation in this azea has been removed and has been deleted from the mining map.
