Please respond on a <br />point-by-point basis in the order given below. <br />Application Form <br />1. The affected area for limited impact applications may include up to <br />9.9 acres (see Rule 1.1(2j for definition of affected lands). <br />However, your application form item #12 gives the acreage as 160. <br />Please clarify. <br />If the affected acreage is currently somewhat less than 9.9 acres but <br />you anticipate an expansion, I would suggest you apply for 9.9 acres <br />to permit additional workings. <br />If the affected area exceeds this limit, you will have to apply for a <br />permit under Rule 2 for regular operations. <br />2.
