Is there any need for drainage control during mining. <br />3. As a stabilization measure, plant the topsoil stockpile with a <br />perennial grass cover. <br />Exhibit C -Map <br />Please submit an enlarged map showing permit boundary, adjacent <br />landowners, topsoil stockpile, access road, show direction of mining, <br />delineate between old and new disturbances (if applicable), scale and <br />north arrow, and any permanent, valuable or manmade structures within 200 <br />ft. of the permit boundary. <br />Exhibit D -Wildlife <br />The Division of Wildlife requests "all trees possible be left standing <br />and not disturbed". Please comment accordingly. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. The recommendations submitted give things that "should" be done, but <br />the plan does not specifically commit to following each of these. <br />Will these recommendations provided by the SCS become the basis of <br />your plan to be incorporated into the permit? <br />2. The seed mixture proposed is not diverse enough. We suggest you <br />expand the mixture to include the following as well. Rates given are <br />for application with a seed drill.
