Deaz Mr. Mullett:
The Division received your application fora 110 Reclamation Permit on 24 January
2007. The application was designated as complete on 20 February 2007, and we have
assigned it file number M-2007-007. We have received one response from State and
Federal agencies that were notified of your application. In accordance with Rule 1.7.1(3),
we are hereby forwazding tha letter to you. We will forwazd any additional letters of
objection or concern to you as we receive them.
DRMS is required to issue an approval or denial decision no later than 23 Mazch 2007 for
this application. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any
concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility
to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have
not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has
been requested, the Division will deny this application.
The review consisted of comparing the application content with specific requirements of
Rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials. Any inadequacies
are identified under the respective exhibit heading along with suggested actions to correct
them.
6.3.1 EXHIBIT A -Legal Description and Location Map
The legal description of the property is incorrectly stated here as well as on page 3 of the
Permit Application Form .Please correct the legal description throughout the application
so that it is consistent with that shown in Exhibit G and with the USGS topographic map.
