The application was designated as complete on 20 February 2007, and we have <br />assigned it file number M-2007-007. We have received one response from State and <br />Federal agencies that were notified of your application. In accordance with Rule 1.7.1(3), <br />we are hereby forwazding tha letter to you. We will forwazd any additional letters of <br />objection or concern to you as we receive them. <br />DRMS is required to issue an approval or denial decision no later than 23 Mazch 2007 for <br />this application. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any <br />concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility <br />to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have <br />not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has <br />been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />The review consisted of comparing the application content with specific requirements of <br />Rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials.
