Please be advised that DRMS has re-notified all ten of the recipients of the original <br />"Notice of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application Consideration" to <br />inform them of the error in the application so that they are made aware of the correct <br />legal description and location. <br />6.3.2 EXHIBIT B -Site Description <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br />Please clarify the statement made in Section 6.3.3(a), which reads "4/01/2007 to a <br />minimum of 8 yeazs 2012: 'The Division is confused as to how this relates to the <br />statement shown on 6.3,4 Exhibit E -Map, (2) Mining Plan Map, which states that <br />"Mining will start on north end of permitted azea moving south in three stages, one-third <br />mined each yeaz." <br />The operator must also comply with the Reclamation Performance Standards of Rule 3.1. <br />The applicant states in Exhibit C that all drainage from the pit will be contained in the pit <br />azea. However, it is unclear how the applicant will manage runoff from potential storm <br />events. Please provide clarification, and please provide a statement to the effect that the <br />operator will comply with the State Engineer's requirement to release captured water, or <br />allow it to infiltrate, within 72 hours of capture. <br />Note: In the application, 6.3.5 Exhibit E -Map is mislabeled as 6.3.4 Exhibit E -Map. <br />6.3.4 EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br />Rule 6.3.4(a) requires the applicant to specify at what point in the mining plan and to <br />what depth(s) overburden will be replaced in relation to ongoing extraction. Please <br />provide this information. <br />The reclamation plan map (Exhibit E) must show reclaimed slope gradients. <br />6.3.5 EXHIBIT E -Map <br />The "proposed stock pile 40' X 350"' shown in the legend of Exhibit E is not shown on <br />the map. As specified in Rule 6.3.3(c), please provide the location of the proposed stock <br />pile. <br />Please provide North arrows on both the Mining Plan Map - 6.3.5(2) and the Reclamation <br />Plan Map - 6.3.5(3). <br />
