The Benenci;il Use <br />Cenification contains references to a number of monitoring and repotting requirements which are contained in <br />the Colorado regulations pertaining to Beneficial Use of Water Treatment Sludee and Fees Anolicable to the <br />Beneficial Use of Sludees, (5 CCR 1003-7. 1986). The Ciry of Boulder, as pertnittee, is respom~ible for the <br />identification of and compliance with any applicable criteria contained in the regulations. Additional <br />requirements are also specified in the Special Conditions section of the Beneficial Use Certifcatitm.
