IS <br />W., San Miguel County, Colorado, for noxious weeds and has designated weed-fre-~ areas <br />where earthen material can be used. These areas have been previously disturbed as barrow pits. <br />It is understood that in placing this material on the spoil piles at [he Burro Mines area [hat all <br />surface disturbance will be within the existing "footprint" of previous surface distur}~ance. <br />Sincerely, <br />iinL N.
