Loc hhead <br />Execmrve Direan, <br />nhchaelB Lnng <br />D lvivon Director <br />On 1 /25/99, DMG received request from Gold Eagle Mining, to change the mine status for <br />the Burros Mine to intermittently active. <br />DMG records do not indicate that Gold Eagle Mining has submitted financi~ll warranty, <br />necessary to complete transfer of permit for Gold Eagle Mining as successrx operator. <br />Therefore, DMG records do not indicate that Gold Eagle Mining, is the operator/permittee. <br />DMG can accept revisions to a permit only from the operator/permittee.
