M-84-134 through M-84-142; Prowers County 110~Pits <br />Dear Mark: <br />Proof of publication and notification of landowners have eer <br />provided to you under separate cover by Prowers Co ty. <br />Performance Warranty documents are being prepared and forty rdec <br />by the County. <br />Bernard Pit <br />A revised copy of the Bernard Pit is enclosed to show the <br />correct boundary within the previously submitted 1 gal <br />description. <br />Back slopes will be graded to a maximum of 3:1 in nal <br />reclamation. <br />The special use permit pertains to the pit in Section 13. <br />The Section 14 portion of the pit has been deleted. <br />Bond Pit <br />The legal description is amended to include the SE 1/4 SE <br />1/4, Section 7. The special use permit also includes thia ar a. <br />Brann Pit <br />Since a road is an accessary use to rangeland, the operator <br />would prefer to classify the end land use as "Rangeland." <br />Your suggestion is noted.
