<br />Mr. Mark Loye <br />August 29, 1984 <br />Page Two <br />Ditson Pit <br />the attached revised plans reflect the corrected <br />description. <br />The special use permit applies to the entire permit area <br />Idler Pit <br />Exhibit A -The revised map reflects the correct <br />description. <br />1 <br />Exhibit 8 -The haul road will be graded to i sure <br />sedimentation will be kept from moving into the Arkansas Ri er. <br />A ditch will be provided only if the slope of the road is not <br />proving satisfactory. <br />As stated in the mining plan, the operation will only o cur <br />during the dry season when the water level is sufficiently to to <br />allow equipment to work the site. <br />The soils report is based on the SCS study for Prowers Co m y <br />and describes general conditions for this area. Specifically as <br />pointed out in the mine plan, there will be no topsoil remo al, <br />since none exists where disturbance will occur. <br />Exhibit U - <br />Wildlife -Pictures accompanying this correspondence how <br />existing conditions of the stock pond resulting from prev ous <br />mining pre law). Final reclamation should produce a sim lar <br />situation. <br />Water Resources - fhe existing stock pond which will be <br />expanded does not concern water rights.
