Your permit <br />application has been scheduled for a decision by the Division on <br />February 6, 1995. <br />Before your permit application can be approved by the Division you <br />will need to address the following adequacy items in order to <br />satisfy the applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101, et. seq. <br />and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. Please provide a response to each item by <br />February 2, 1995. <br />Adequacy Items <br />1. Exhibit A - Please accurately locate the permit boundaries on <br />the 1" = 200' plat map provided in the application. Since this is <br />a xeroxed copy, isn't the scale changed? <br />Exhibit C - What is the life of mine of this quarry? <br />~11 a minimum of 4 inches of topsoil be salvaged from undisturbed <br />areas? What is the acreage of the undisturbed area within the <br />permit boundary? <br />/What is the volume of overburden waste rock anticipated from the <br />operation? Where will overburden stockpiles be located? On top of <br />existing waste stockpiles? <br />Has the entire permit area been previously disturbed?
