(HGTI), please find <br />enclosed the 1998 3rd Quaver Pond Inspection Reports for the Truck Loop Pond (OOlA) <br />and the Rail Loop Pond (002A) at HGTI's Hayden Gulch Loadout facility, Permit No. C- <br />92-081. <br />Both pond inspection reports have been certified by a professional engineer. Seeding still <br />needs to he completed at the Rail Loop Pond as discussed in the pond inspection report. <br />The seeding is scheduled for the week of October 19, 1998. An as-built drawing of the pond <br />will be submitted to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (CDMG) in the near <br />future. <br />Conditions were normal and no problems were observed. There mere no observed <br />discharges from either pond during the quarter. The quarterly discharge monitoring reports <br />will be sent [o CDMG under separate cover.
