D. 57102 <br />605-336-2710 <br />In response to your letter of July 18, 1988 on the above-referenced permit <br />application, I would like to submit the following responses to your catntents <br />anti questions. I have n~bered my c~nents to correspond to your letters format: <br />1. The permit area is 1302.04 acres, as described in Exhibit A, Parcel A <br />_thraugh_B. The legal descriptions are correct. <br />2. As yet we do not have firm doctm>entation from the Union Pacific regazding <br />the grade crossing and switches. However, I mm attaching a letter in- <br />aicating their willingness to work with us an the project. They have <br />verbally stated that R.O.W. easanents and construction of spur track do <br />not pose a problmi for than. As you might imagine, the railroad is <br />keenly interested in developing along-term contract with us for the <br />operation. <br />3. Only one plant site will be required. There is a very slim possibility <br />that ahot-mix or concrete plant would be required, but we included the <br />site to preclude having to revise the plan at a later date. <br />4.
