Dear Mr. Winter:
I have completed my adequacy review of the 110 permit application for the
above captioned mining operation. I have several questions and comments that
are organized on an exhibit-by-exhibit basis below. Any exhibits or parts
thereof not mentioned are considered adequate for Board approval now. Please
respond to this letter at your earliest convenience, but certainly by no later
than Monday, October 21, 1985. In this way, this application can be ready for
Board approval during the scheduled October 23-34, 1985 meeting. If you
cannot respond fully to this letter before the Board meeting, please send me a
letter requesting continuance of Board consideration of this application until
the November 20-21, 1985 meeting of the Board.
