September 30, 19$1 <br />From: Mike Spencer <br />SubJaet Water monitoring well <br />During September 25-29, 1981 Kissner Drilling Company established <br />a water well in Hubbard Creek c^nyon for U.S.S.. Mining Company. <br />Below is a description of the work performed by Kissner Drilling <br /> <br />Company: <br />September 25, 1981 <br />Drilled to the 50 ft. level and installed steel casing. <br />Arrived at job site at 10:30 a.m. <br />Regan drilling at 11:30 a.m. <br />Stopped drilling at 2:30 p.m. (Drill mud had to be transported <br />to the job site) <br />September 28, 1981 <br />Drilled to the 95 ft. level and began perforated casing installation. <br />Arrived at job site at 9:x+5 a.m. <br />Began mixing mud at 10:15 a.m. <br />Began drilling at 1~:l~~i a.m. <br />Began casing installation at approximately 3:00 p.m. <br />(The casing could only be installed to 25 ft, because the <br />hole was plugged. The xell had to be stabilized before <br />the casing installation could be completed.) <br />Departed from job site at approximately 6:00 p. m. <br />September 29, 1981 <br />Completed the well. <br />Arrived and began well stabilization ~t 10:30 a.m. (The <br />well a2s stabilized by reaming the hole with a rod that <br />had steel slate welded the length of the rod, and pumping <br />heavier mud through the hole.) <br />I~ <br />Began well development ahd gravel packing at 12:00 p.m. <br />Departed from job site at 2:30 p.m. <br />
