Cross Mountain Pit No. 1
Dear Michael:
In order to exhaust my administrative remedies on
reclamation permit application #M-93-023, I am requesting
that the Mined Land Reclamation Board and the Division
of Minerals and Geology, issue this permit to the Moffat
County Road Department for the Cross Mountain Pit No. 1.
The reasons are listed in detail in the enclosed Memorandum
of Interpretations.
