Please be <br />advised that if the following adequacy items are not addressed to the satisfaction of the Division, <br />your application may be deemed inadequate and be denied on 7-2-01. <br />)) EXHIBIT "A" 6.4.1 Legal Description <br />A) On the general operation information page item # 3, the operator under permitted acres has <br />listed 860 acres. Under Exhibit "A", the permitted acreage is listed as 467 acres. On the index <br />map submitted with the application, the Rough Cut Pit acreage is listed as 547 acres.
