Proof of service. 1 mailed this under sepazate cover <br />2. Land owner to East. This will be corrected on map editing. Owners of record along <br />entire East border: <br />John & Sharon L. Kielian <br />23064 Weld CO Rd. 21 '/, <br />Milliken, CO 80543 <br />3. Reclaimed slopes. There is a discrepancy between our drawings and the text in <br />Exhibit E. We are committing to a 1:3 slope to a point 10' vertical below the low <br />water line. Around much of the shore this will mean all the way to the bottom. <br />4. Exhibit G. Applegate has our temporary substitute supply plan in peer review now. <br />We should have it in next week. <br />5. Hydrology. We have done initial hydrology studies as part of our water plans. Initial <br />estimates indicate an area of influence that does not impact any known documented <br />wells. We are working on a more complete study but will hold it until we see what <br />additional issues are raised in the pre hearing conference on July 12. <br />6. Aquifers. Known aquifers will be identified in water or hydrology report. <br />7. We have not yet applied for the NPDES permit. This can be done through the state in <br />Colorado. Application will be submitted by July 19, 2002 and proof submitted. <br />8. N/A <br />
