Schlenvogt, <br />Colorado P.E. 17627, have inspected the subject embanlaBent <br />on July 3, 1986 and do herewith submit my report of findings: <br />I. Chronology <br />A. July 14, 1981: F. M. Fox and Associates submit- <br />ted a report on their geotechnical slope stabil- <br />ity investigation of the embankment. The report <br />concluded that the embankment was stable with a <br />minimum static safety factor of 1.52. The report <br />also recommended revegetation and inspections. <br />B. September 23, 1981: Colorado Permit No. C-005- <br />80 became effective. <br />C. Fa11 1981: The embankment was hand seeded in <br />compliance with Stipulation 16 of Permit No. <br />C-005-80. <br />D. June 15, 1982: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Weather conditions were favorable, <br />
