Item 4: Regarding the P.E. certification requirement, please see Rule x.05.6(13) which requires all sediment ponds to be quarterly monitored and inspected by a registered P.E. I have enclosed a copy of the regulation for your review. * Another inspection of the sediment pone F, by a registered ?.~. needs to take place within this quarter, or by June 1993. The most recent inspection, 4j93 is considered inadequate by the Division and must be redone. Ztem 5: Since topsoil pile No.2 is below the sediment pond, a berm is required to be constructed around the pile. This berm is to meet the 10 year-24 hour event and be designed for such. I have
