I also need documents illustrating that these two wells <br />have been historically mcnitored. <br />Item 4: Regarding the P.E. certification requirement, please see <br />Rule x.05.6(13) which requires all sediment ponds to be quarterly <br />monitored and inspected by a registered P.E. I have enclosed a <br />copy of the regulation for your review. <br />* Another inspection of the sediment pone F, by a registered ?.~. <br />needs to take place within this quarter, or by June 1993. The <br />most recent inspection, 4j93 is considered inadequate by the <br />Division and must be redone. <br />Ztem 5: Since topsoil pile No.2 is below the sediment pond, a <br />berm is required to be constructed around the pile.
