ylr.~-. <br />included a letter from my supervisor, Larry Routten on this issue <br />of berms and topsoil piles for your clarification (and mine!). <br />Note that the memo states that as-builts must be included in berm <br />design and construction. Do you or Mike Galloway have any copies <br />of these? Let's keep in touch regarding this issue as you pursue <br />the Small Area Exemption (SAE) or not for each topsoil pile. I <br />believe that currently the only SAE on the site is the pumphouse, <br />and explosive road site. Correct me if I'm wrong, as I would like <br />to get this issue resolved one way or the ether. <br />Item 6: Is there a gas cylinder near the portal on the site? I <br />don't recall seeing any recently. This was an issue from the OSM <br />inspection 10/90. <br />Whew! Well, that's it for today.
