The pond
was installed starting June 26 and was completed with the installation of
the emergency spillway September 19, 1986. The pond embankments will be
seeded and mulched this fall.
A letter was sent to the Colorado Department of Health June 25, 1986, requesting
a change of location for discharge point 001. There has been no reply from
the department. In the meantime, monitoring of discharge from the #5 pond
will be done in accordance with the requirements for discharge point 001.
If there are any questions, let me know.
Sincerely,
Larry M.
