Long <br /> Division Director <br />PO Box 68 <br />Kremmling, CO 80459 <br />Re: Drill Holes and Reclamation Cost Estimate <br />Marr Mine (C-80-006) <br />Dear Ms. Gross, <br />In regards to your letter dated 17 July 2001, the Division has completed an updated <br />reclamation cost estimate for the remaining areas at the Marr Mine (following the partial <br />Phase I and Phase II Bond Releases) including the remaining 54 wells and boreholes. <br />The cost for the remaining reclamation work is $411,700.00. The Division will continue <br />to hold a bond in the form of a corporate surety in the amount $458,994.00. The extra <br />$47,294.00 will be held by the Division and could be used for reclamation in the event <br />that the bond is revoked. <br />I have attached a copy of the summary sheet for the reclanation cost estimate.
