Written responses to the second letter appear below in <br />bold and address the 111 Special Operation Reclamation application exhibits for which <br />additional information was requested. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C - MInInE Plan Resaonses. <br />1. The existing access road for the Camenish Borrow Site is not included in the <br />permit azea in part because there will be no improvements made to the existing <br />road by the Applicant. In addition, there aze no "runoff conveyance structures" <br />associated with or proposed for the existing access mad. <br />2. All setbacks between the permit boundary and the excavation will be <br />approximately 25 to 40 feet. <br />Minimum setbacks from man-made structures will be based on a slope ratio <br />of 3:1 or 60 feet. <br />3. See enclosed NPDES Permit Application. <br />4. The NPDES Permit requires the applicant to certify that aStorm-water <br />Management Plan (SWMP) was prepared for the facility for which an NPDES <br />Pernut is sought. Enclosed is a Sample SWMP for the Camenish Borrow Site that <br />describes the typical measures used to control storm-water runoff. <br />5. The State NPDES Permit requires the Applicant to furnish evidence to the State <br />that the dischazge of groundwater to an irrigation ditch is authorized be the ditch <br />company. Flatiron will furnish the Division with a copy of the required <br />authorization prior to the dischazge of any water to the Godding Ditch.
