(MCC) submits the enclosed permit revision responses for mining in <br />he E Seam South of the Minnesota Creek Divide. This permit revision response adds approximately <br />;8j'0 acres to MCC's permit area, including the remainder of the C-1362 Federal coal lease and part <br />of MCC's fee lease area. The E Seam would be accessed from MCC's existing F to B Seam slopes <br />and would utilize MCC's existing surface facilities. <br />To facilitate your review, attached to this transmittal is a copy of the CDMG's comments and MCC's <br />responses. Also attached is the Summary of Revisions/Additions identifying the components of this <br />Permit Revision submittal and providing specific placement instructions.
