2.03.6 Right of Entry and Operation Information <br />1. The maps showing the lease boundaries (Maps 1, 2, 51, 52) show Minnesota Reservoir <br />lying within the boundary of lease C-1362. The lease specifically excludes the Minnesota <br />Reservoir. Please amend the maps to show the boundaries of lease C-1362 accurately. <br />MCC Response: Maps were changed to accurately reflect boundaries of Lease C-1362. <br />2. ht the summary of additions/deletions in the revision application packet many maps were <br />listed which were not included in the packet. These maps are 2, 4, 5, 7, 33, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, <br />48, 49, 50, 56 and 57. The Division assumes these were not included because the only change <br />to the map in the present PAP would be the location of the permit boundary. Please update <br />these maps with the revised permit boundary or, alternatively, MCC could create a label to <br />affix to each of the old maps indicating a reference map for the correct permit boundary. <br />MCC Response: Maps are included with this Permit Response submittal. <br />~2.0'3`~.10 Other Licenses and Permits <br />~"~- " 3. The State Historical Preservation Officer commented that no resources are known, but <br />should archaeological resources be discovered during the project activities, work should be <br />stopped until the SHPO could provide consultation. The Division requests that MCC add a <br />statement committing to that action in section 2.04.4. <br />MCC Response: MCC added language committing to that action. <br />5.
