INC. <br />2090 EAST 104TH AVENUE SUTE 305 <br />THOfdJTON, COLCWADO 80233 <br />13031 45P2204 <br />In regard the above permit, please find accompanying this letter, a copy of the Substitute Water <br />Supply Plan and Gravel Well Permit. <br />You previously have been provided copies of the Weed Control Plan, the agreements with the Fulton <br />Ditch Company and PSCo, SPCC Plan, the Storm Water Management Plan, and the Floodplain Use <br />Permit. I also have previously provided the permit numbers of the Fugitive Dust Permit, all the Air <br />Emission Permits for the Plant's machinery, and the Stormwater and Process Water Discharge Permit. <br />The items still to be completed and the status to complete each item are as follows: <br />Technical Revision on slurry wall installation prior to slurry wall installation being <br />undertaken. Should be processed sometime later this year by CAMAS after slurry wall <br />contractor is selected. <br />Groundwater Monitoring Plan prior to groundwater being exposed and slurry wall <br />being installed. Being prepared by Tuttle Applegate. Will be implemented prior to <br />slurry wall being installed. <br />3. 404 Permit prior to excavation and backfilling of anyjurisdictional wetlands. Being <br />issued.
