iiiiiiiiuiiiiiiiii <br /> 999 <br />Response [o Preli~inary Adequacy Review (PAR) <br />Hayden Gulch Loadout (C-92-081) <br />The following responses address the concerns identified in the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology's (DMG's) February 19 and 24, 1993 PAR letters regarding the Permit Application <br />Package (PAP) for the Hayden Gulch Loadout. Numbered responses correspond to each <br />numbered item in the PAR letters identified by subject heading. Unnumbered responses <br />identified with en asterisk represent additional updates to the PAP, to correct omissions <br />or errors in the original package that were found upon review of the document by the <br />applicant after it was submitted. Unnumbered responses are not relevant to any <br />particular subject heading. <br />•TAB T - HATD EN GULCH PERMIT SUMMARY <br />'Tab 1, page 7 was revised to correct the omission of "to be disturbed" in paragraph 3 <br />regarding the 54 acres reported to be disturbed at the loadout in the previous owner's <br />PAP. <br />•Tab 1, page 2 was revised to clarify that no new surface disturbances of previously <br />unaffected lends are anticipated es a result of operating the loadout. An additional 8.4 <br />acres of disturbance are proposed to complete final reclamation when the loadout is no <br />longer needed. <br />*Tab 1, page 2 was also revised to clarify that the loadout is owned by Hayden Gulch <br />Terminal, tnc. (NGTI), and will be operated by Peabody Coal Company (PCC). <br />•TA8 z - GENERAL POLICIES <br />•Tab 2, page 7 was revised to include PCC in the discussion of general policies (PCC is <br />the operator), and to update the appropriate year referenced for the western Surface <br />Agreement in paragraphs 1 and 3 from 1987 to 7992. <br />LEGAL. FINANCIAL. COMPLlAMCE AND RELATED INFORMATION - (RULE 2-03) <br />•The Table of Contents (page i) of Tab 3 was revised to reflect changes and additions to <br />the to zt. <br />1 <br />
