In particular, I have reviewed the following sections: Geology <br />(2.04.6), Groundwater Hydrology (2.04.7); Alluvial Valley Floors (ground water <br />concerns and AVF identification) (2.06.8); acid-forming and toxic-forming <br />materials (4.05.8); and subsidence (2.05.6, 4.20.1). <br />These comments and concerns should be forwarded to the applicant.
