The proposed decision to approve the application <br />will be published in the Canon City Uaily Record, as per the attached <br />public notice. The thirty-day public comment period will be initiated by <br />the first publication. If no comments are received by the Division <br />within the public comment period, the permit can be issued upon approval <br />of the submitted bond. If comments are received requesting a formal <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board, the hearing would most <br />likely take place either January 25 or 20, 1983.
