OF NATURAL RESOURCES
MINED LAND RECLAMATION DIVISION I
723 Centennial Building I
1313 Sherman Street ~
Denver, CO 80203
Re: Orchard Valley Permit Application
Dear Tom:
Attached please find identification stickers for the five copies (Sets 8-12) i
of the twelfth and last volume in our application submittal. That volume ~
contains our stability analysis work. Because we identified the state narra-
tive volumes as 8, 8A, and 8B, this twelfth volume is identified as Volume 10.i
Please affix both the volume sticker and the set number to each volume and I
file accordingly.
Having heard nothing from you since we met last Tuesday, I take it that the i
review continues to go well and on schedule. Please be sure to let us know
immediately if there is a problem so that we can get to remedying it and pre-j
serve the mid-August approval date.
I assume any permit stipulations which may be necessary are also in the works)
or have been drafted as your staff members have finished their portions of the
review. Although you probably use a standard set of such stipulations, I I
would appreciate the opportunity to review them and also to make our staff I
available for consultation on any which must be specially written for our case.
Again, in order to stay on the approval schedule we have projected, I would I
suggest we get together early next week. Please let me know what days are most
convenient for you so that we can make necessary travel arrangements for our ~
people. I
Thanks.
Sincerely,
~L t.~.~
Christopher K.
