The only significant problem remaining to <br />be resolved occurs within the "Special Categories of Mining" section. <br />Blue Ribbon Coal Company has yet to submit a request for variance from <br />approximate original contour restoration requirements, as required by Rule <br />2.06.5. I believe the company may want to amend the permit prior to issuance <br />of the final findings document.
