Lewis: <br />I have received your request for copies of the mining and reclamation permits for the following <br />operations: Lightweight Aggregate Mine/Western Aggregates; Conda/McKay Bluestone <br />Pit/Western Aggregates; Rocky Flats Pit/Church Ranch; and the Church Pit/Lakewood Brick and <br />Tile Company. Please note that the permit files for each of the above mentioned operations are <br />available for your review during normal business hours at the Division Office, located at 1313 <br />Shermem Street in Denver. The Division chazges a copying fee of $0.25/page for up to 25 pages. <br />If more than 25 pages are needed to be copied, then the task is sent out to Quick Copy or Cain T <br />Square for copying. The permit files for each of the four operations listed above contain more <br />than 25 pages. The Division is ready, willing, and able to process your request upon your <br />confirrrlation.
