Please note tt)at a number of violations are addressed. It <br />was my understanding that this Quarry is no longer necessary and that <br />the operator would prefer to commence reclamation immediately. In light <br />of the fact that reclamation will certainly correct all of the sited <br />violations, the staff recommends that the site be fully reclaimed this <br />fall to avoid enforcement action.
