Enforcement <br />action forthcoming, <br />OBSERVATIIXVS OF II~IPORTANCE: <br />1....A portion of the access road has been constructed outside of the permit area on <br />the south side of the Quarry. <br />2. Quarry operations have been completed except for the removal of a riprap rock <br />stockpile and gabion rock. <br />3. Additional haul roads have been constructed prior to Board approval.. <br />4. The Quarry Pit wall is vertical and unstable. <br />RECC£R~IENDATIONS <br />1. Since this Quarry operation has been completed, final reclamation must commence <br />immediately. LJhen grading the site, all spoiled material must be brought upslope. <br />Please refer to the Reclamation Plan and Reclamation Plan htap. <br />2. The stockpiles must either be removed or used as backEill. <br />3. The Quarry Pit wall should he partially backfilled and left in a safe, stable <br />condition. <br />4. Compacted areas should be ripped prior Co topsoil replacement. <br />5.
