General Comments <br />The Division is in the process of completing permit review for separation of <br />the Fish Creek tipple from Energy No. 3 Mine. Both are contained within the <br />same permit at this time, however, a separate inspection report will be <br />written for each. This inspection report deals only with the Fish Creek <br />Tipple. <br />Roads (4.03) <br />The operator had constructed a fill and placed several culverts which resulted <br />in an extension of the haul road to the truck dump. This fill was constructed <br />for better drainage control, however, Division approval was not obtained prior <br />to this construction. NOV C-84-153 was written for this.
