Measurement of all surface mining operation area by our personnel results <br />in 1~ acre of surface use - within the 2 acre permit. Please refer to the <br />enclosed map for measurements and measurement points. <br />2. We do not feel that the financial warrenty should be increased. The <br />surface area now in use has intermittently been is use since the 188O's as <br />the old Ruby Trust Mine and Mill <br />3. Waste rock disposal along Sneffels Creek had already been discontinued <br />at the time of the inspection. The bench created by the waste rock along <br />the creek is needed to minimize snow slide damage.
