CC&V has reviewed the comments issued from DRMS, prepared responses for each <br /> comment, and updated A14 permit documents as necessary and where indicated in this letter. Below are <br /> DRMS comments in bold and CC&V's response in italics. Attachments to this letter present relevant <br /> permit documents that are referenced through the letter as a result of DRMS comments and responses. <br /> 0 Three hard copies and one electronic copy are being provided to DRMS. A copy of this response has <br /> been placed with the Teller County Clerk and Recorder's office. <br /> General—Map Revisions <br /> 1. AM14 maps contain a Revision Number and a Certification which contains a revision <br /> description field. Multiple maps were resubmitted between the two filing decencies <br /> responses without modifying the Maps' revision number nor revision description.As map <br /> revisions will be made when responding to this adequacy review, please note the <br /> appropriate revision number and revision descriptions on each resubmitted map to ensure <br /> an accurate tracking of the map versions. <br /> I <br /> The map revision number will be revised as updated maps are resubmitted during the adequacy review <br /> process. <br /> Exhibit C—Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands (Rule 6.4.3): <br /> 2. The following items need to be addressed for the Drawing C-2: Existing and Approved <br /> Facilities: <br /> a. VLF2 Booster Station appears to be incorrectly located. <br /> The location of the VLF2 Booster Station has been corrected. An updated Drawing C-2 is included as 1 <br /> (Attachment 1). <br /> b. A long rectangular blue building outline is located near the Ironclad facilities appears <br /> illto be an error.
