The decision date for this revision has been set for <br /> November 10,2021. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any <br /> concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to <br /> request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not been <br /> adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been <br /> requested, the Division must deny this revision. <br /> DRMS has completed the initial adequacy review of TR1. DRMS accepts the CCWCD <br /> construction plan drawings as provided to document the proposed reclamation plan changes <br /> detailing CCWCD infrastructure to be installed on the site in support of the post mining land <br /> use of developed water resource. <br /> With respect to the proposed installation of the river crossing across the Big Thompson River <br /> between Cells 3 and 5 and as shown on Sheet 14 of the provided figures, please provide the <br /> following additional items/information: <br /> 1) Confirmation that the river crossing plan and designs have been provided to and <br /> approved by the appropriate local floodplain control agency(Weld County or Town <br /> of Milliken). <br /> 2) Please provide rationale and specifications for design and sizing of the river crossing <br /> culverts. How much material will be placed on top of the culverts?
