Per our previous discussions,when posted and approved by DRMS, <br /> this bond increase will allow the mining of Phase III of the permitted site according to the approved mine <br /> plan. <br /> The Division ordered amendment of the current Financial Warranty,or submittal of a new Financial <br /> Warranty reflecting the increase,is due within 60 days from the date of this letter.
