Additionally, the division had provided a list of additional surface, <br /> mineral, and/or easement owners thought to be located within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected <br /> land that they believe still needed to be notified. Black Mountain has sent a notice to these parties, as <br /> identified below. Proof of notice and delivery is included in Attachment A of this supplemental letter. <br /> The division requested notice be sent to the following individuals: <br /> • Black Mountain Land Company LP—Black Mountain Land Company LP is the owner of all surface lands <br /> within the project area. A notification letter was sent and proof is included in Attachment A. <br /> • Pinnacle Tower/Crown Castle—the communication tower previously identified as being owned by <br /> Cornhusker Farms/Motorola C&E is now owned by Pinnacle Towers LLC C/O Crown Castle USA Inc, as <br /> identified on the revised Exhibit C2: Pre-Mining Map submitted on 9-12-19. A notification letter was sent <br /> to Pinnacle Towers LLC, C/O Crown Castle USA Inc and proof is included in Attachment A. <br /> • Morgan County Rural Electric Association (REA)—Morgan County REA is the owner of an overhead <br /> powerline running adjacent to a portion of the project's southern boundary. A notification letter was <br /> sent and proof is included in Attachment A. <br /> • Wiggins Telephone Association—Wiggins Telephone is the owner of an underground telephone line <br /> running adjacent to a portion of the project's southern boundary. A notification letter was sent and <br /> proof is included in Attachment A. <br /> • Kinder Morgan -A facility initially identified as a Kinder Morgan utility box was discovered during on <br /> onsite visit. Discussions with Kinder Morgan indicate there are no active or abandoned Kinder Morgan <br /> assets in the area. Black Mountain has follow-up discussions with Tallgrass Energy, who Kinder Morgan <br /> indicated may be the owner of the facility, however the also indicated this facility is not theirs. Please <br /> Y Y� Y Y <br /> see Attachment B for details of the response received. An additional request was made by the survey <br /> company and no utility claims were made of the facility. Black Mountain will continue to search for the <br /> owner(s) of this facility and work with them to get a structure agreement in place. Until that time, a 200- <br />
