Each section of the preliminary adequacy review is listed below. <br /> Application <br /> 1. Location Information: The approximate elevation is closer to 4,100 feet not 5,541 feet, so <br /> page 3 of the application form has been corrected and attached. <br /> 6.3.2 Exhibit B—Site Description <br /> 2. Vegetation Information: The vegetation in the mining site area is native pastureland <br /> consisting of blue grama, western wheatgrass, and bluestem. Exhibit B has been updated <br /> and attached with vegetation information. <br /> 3. Man-made Structures within 200 feet: The surface landowner of affected mining site has a <br /> man-made barbed wired fence structure within 200 feet of the proposed operation area. The <br /> fence is approximately 20 feet north of the northern permit boundary. A revised Exhibit B <br /> is attached with the revision. A structure agreement for the fence is also attached. <br /> 6.3.3 Exhibit C—Mining Plan <br /> 4. Thickness of Deposit: Even though the sand and gravel deposit ranges up to 72 inches,the <br /> excavation will likely only be 15 feet with the remaining 9 feet expected to be overburden. <br /> 5. Roads: The access road will be reclaimed. Exhibit D has been updated and attached <br /> clarifying this. <br /> 6.
