Hydrologic Balance: We have no exact elevation information with regards to the banks <br /> and bottom of the nearby Smoky Hill River, so the pit floor will not be lower than the creek <br /> bottolKi. N small earthen berm will be formed in the buffer area on the south side of the pit <br /> to minimize the potential for storm water flow from the creek to enter into the pit. Exhibit <br /> C has been updated and attached. <br /> 6.3.4 Exhibit D—Reclamation Plan <br /> 8. Growth Media Thickness: The intended total amount of growth media to be replaced for <br /> reclamation may range from 8-20 inches. <br /> 9. Access Road: As mentioned above, the access road will be reclaimed. A revised Exhibit D <br /> is attached. <br /> 6.3.5 Exhibit E - Map <br /> 10. Permanent Man-Made Structures: Exhibit E has been revised and attached, along with a <br /> structure agreement. <br /> 11.
